Welcome to the month of June! And guess what…shit is about to get real around here 🙂 June was my last month at my normal day job which I started almost 8 years ago. I came straight from University and started working for one of the largest corporations in the world. I learned so much over these years, was given amazing opportunities and also paid good money. But now is the time to start a new chapter. A chapter that will be bumpy but also a lot of fun. From now on I’m flying solo and will be pursuing all sorts of opportunities in online marketing!
My last day at work was on the 16th of June as I still had some spare leave to take. I enjoyed the past few weeks travelling around southern France and it’s quite surprising how quickly you forget about all your past corporate responsibilities when you’re sipping Rosé wine at the Côte d’Azur and don’t have work emails bombarding you with problems that need to be sorted out.
Great things are about to start…I can feel it. And it all starts with our new big project ThreadBasket!
ThreadBasket Private Beta is coming!
We’re totally stoked to get this baby off the ground and it’s really only a matter of weeks. In June we sent out an email to everyone who had signed up for the launch list to let them know how we are progressing. We also made a formal announcement for people to join the Private Beta phase which was very well received.
Honestly, if you haven’t signed up for the list yet, you really should. Once we launch, initial spots will be very limited, which is why you need to get in early on the action. SIGN UP HERE to secure your spot on the launch list!
If you still have no idea what this is all about, I suggest checking out our little Explainer Video 🙂
Year-on-Year Performance on Spreadshirt
Based on my own sales tracking, May saw EU gross sales decrease by 8.9% versus the previous month (down by 19.7% on the US marketplace – this was to be expected) and 46.2% lower than the same period last year.
NOTE: Please remember that the above numbers are based on live sales tracking throughout the month, while the earnings reported in the table below are actual cashflow movements. Most of the sales I generate have a delayed payout.

I’m looking forward to reading your questions and comments. If there’s any particular position that you would like to know more about, then let me know and I will try to clarify.
